To 22 km of Tanaant, a road on the left leads to the one of the most beautiful sites of the Average Atlas, where sumptuous cascades, haloed of a quasi permanent rainbow, precipitate a 100 m height in a basin of rocks limestones in the middle of a luxuriant vegetation. It is possible to bathe with the foot of the cascades, accessible by a shaded path sown from olive-trees. At the top of the fall, with two steps of the impressive pit, a dozen antiques small mills with grains are, always in activity thanks to the water of the torrent. In the twilight, one can observe whole families of monkeys chahutant in the caroubiers, these large trees with the tasty fruits of which they raffolent. |
